*Referral Rules You must have received a “Shackles and Sedition” Card with a referral number sticker on it. Referrer must retain original card to claim reward. No exceptions. You will have your referral person(s) file their complete applications in above application fields. You must enter in referral number in the said field and your contact info adjacent. Select “SUBMIT” when done. Fail to fill out all the fields properly will void your entry. There will be a multiple tier selection process for applicants. If they are selected as for one of the fallowing applying positions in the program and complete the FULL production program and documentary, you will revive the referral reward. After completion, you will be required to send in your card to validate and you will be issued a $200 Check signed to your name. Only one person can claim one referral reward (if selected) per card, per applicant. Payments issued will NOT be sent to address containing PO Box.
